Userbars:

Most clubs have userbars! I think it would be a nice touch to make them :3

OC Adoption Center:

Its very similar to claiming characters. There is a list of OCs ( Original Characters ) that you can claim or " adopt ". Basically you can adopt an OC :3. This might be a little too complicated.
You also use a point system for it xD

Daily Marathons:

We all love monthly marathons, but what about daily marathons!? Everyday, a new manga/anime/visual novel/video game/light novel/artbook/Etc is picked. All of the picks should be relatively short.

CYDT ( Game ):

CYDT is game where the above user posts a picture of something from the Otaku industry. The user below that user has to draw the above picture. You can draw digitally, or traditionally, it doesn't matter! Quality of the drawing doesn't matter either :D

Continue the Story ( Game ):

All of the users pitch in to make a story! The first user will post the synopsis for the story and start the story with a sentence. The users below continue the story by adding sentences.

Movie Nights:

Everyone will get together ( not in real life...lol ) and watch a movie of their choice. Users can watch it separately or watch it through simulcast.

Hot Seat Threads:

A thread where you can ask the desired person questions.

Fantasy War:

A adaptation of the original card game " War ". However, it features anime characters and has a bit of roleplay now and then :)

And Just For That!! ( Game ):

A spinoff forum game of the popular forum game, Ban the User Above You.
However, instead of banning the above user you yell " And just for that!! " with a complaint.
Example: " And just for that you must watch ten anime!! "

Monochrome ( Game ):

A game where users help each other figure out a character's hair and eye color ( use manga characters for this ).

Roleplay:

Do I even to explain!?^^

A general chat thread is a great idea, you could even set it up yourself if you want to :P

We're going to start making membercards and badges once the club gets a few more members ;D
