| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Might as well start the topic. For an extended episode it was good. Professor Oak having a Dragonite is awesome. However I would like to know how Mew was created so differently than the rest, and also the bad guy got away which sucks. I'd like to see a continuation of this but I doubt that's going to happen. |

| Classic Brock :3 That Mew is so cute! Wow smartest move every I don't think I've ever seen someone or a pokemon grab Ash/character and stop them from using their pokemon :O The missiles that launched the mirage system reminds me of the dimensional area generators from MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess Iron Tail vs Flamethrower seriously? Good ending this whole thing was so nostalgic even though I'm not sure if I've seen it before. That ED, the dubbed one :P |

| This special was pretty meh, it was cool seeing Mewtwo and the other legendries again albeit a hologram, but other then that there wasn't really much of anything else of note, it was just standard Pokémon filler fair. |
| mirage system was nothing special something like projectors but how can they attack real pokemon they never explained this. I guess I'm expecting too much from pokemon and that mew was annoying as fuck. |

| This was abysmal. Out of all the terrible Pokemon things I sat through this is a contender for the worst one. Would like to know if they ever brought back Prof Bright though (or whatever his name was). |

I didn't even hear of it before until I seen it hidden away in a dvd for a different Pokemon movie I had. The people who made it didn't even want you to see it since they stashed it away in the lucario movie dvd box. It's embarrassingly bad, like it felt like even the people who made it didn't care about it when making it. |

It def has it's charm but maaaaaan this felt like a fanfiction just to bring the "cool" pokemon together! |

| The Mirage pokemon idea isnt a bad idea (for in games ; you can set it to lv 50 or something and train practice battles) you can also train your pokemon if they had a facility to test battle ect vs all kinds of mons not a bad idea but the Scientist guy was a Bad guy. rip jesus mew it probably lives now in the digital world with porygon. |
| It looked like fanfiction made by amateurs. CGI was bad when they used it. Weird voice dubbing for some characters. Lots of very stupid inconsistencies and retcons. Weird pokemon designs. Some pokemons just looked weird, like nearly deformed. Mew sacrifice was good part, but mostly it was either poor or weird. Like watching Pokemon version of Power Rangers. It can be entertaining in a weird way, but you know it's bad. |
| As others have mentioned it felt like fan fiction if anything. Some of the stuff isn't consistent with what actually happened in the movies and series like how Mew actually erased memories from then. In the end this just felt like a way to have all these legendary Pokemon together for the sake of it. |
