Season 3 Episode Breakdown?

So... I've seen episodes 1-5 and noticed a pattern of how many chapters are animated per episode. If what I'm thinking is right, then the succeeding episodes should go like this...

I think the best chapter to end this season is chapter 171, but I don't know how they'll fill the rest of the 24-episode season.

Wow that's great then i guess manga is also coming to an end ,so it'll be adaptation of whole manga i guess

No, lol the manga is still ongoing with 238 chapters and counting. It has a long way to go. It's not gonna end anytime soon.

no actually i was mistaken there are total 230+ chapters and it's still on going so it'll take another season to wrap up the manga so don't worry

If the current manga arc ends up being the last major arc, the manga might still need probably a year to wrap up. There is still lots of stuff to wrap up after the arc ends and the arc itself is still far from being over.

Based on the way they are going, I think they will end the season with the Hayama battle. In my head, I think Tsukasa-Soma will be the cour-finale, with the Nakiri stuff and Advancement Exams after that. They like saving big events for the end of seasons, so Soma vs Hayama seems like a good climax, with maybe a couple episodes filling the gap between arcs afterwards, like season 2 had.

I may be hopeful thinking Soma v Hayama will stretch to 3 episodes, but I'm hoping they will treat that arc the way they treated the autumn election finals.
