As far as actual straight up Hentai yaoi with full uncut sex scenes from beginning to finish, the only one I can think of that is not shota/otokonoko (which are by the way considered a different genre from Yaoi in Japan and aimed more to adult male demographic as opposed to Yaoi aimed at women), but actual adult post-pubescent men, is "Sensitive Pornograph". Yes, sadly there is only one official hentai that is actually Yaoi, and it is pretty old. Well, Enzai might technically count as Yaoi, but it's really primarily shotacon, because the main guy is only 10 years old and gets raped a lot. The only scene of two adult men in it, is just one shorter sex scene... I do not recommend it even if you are into that, because it's pretty bad not only quality-wise but violent/brutal too (unless you're also into that).
Most of the 18+ yaoi content would be found in the form of manga, visual novels, and drama CDs.

I see the Yari-bu series as more of a comedy/fanservice type of yaoi rather than actual hentai/romance yaoi. Well, because of how rare it is to see any adult-rated yaoi, I do still recommend it, you probably would enjoy it at least for the laughs and the rare fanservice of detailed guys' bodies, and sex scenes not cut off by completely black screen or flowers or other BS (just the orbs).
If you like it, I also recommend "Kachou No Koi" as a gag comedy which makes affectionate fun of Yaoi tropes.

I do hope for the future, to eventually see more anime like this, and possibly even full hentai scenes of Yaoi/BL series get animated. The formation of this animation studio (who I read will specialize in BL/yaoi), and as fujoshi/fudanshi become more vocal about what they want and demand, and companies becoming more aware about this demand and untapped market, gives me hope for that to come true some day.
