I just started Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend and I know i've heard the outro song before. It feels very familiar.

While the song might sound familiar, it is not referenced to have been anywhere else as far as I can find, however the artist Miku Sawai, has done songs in Kimi to Boku, Kill la Kill, Akame ga Kill, and Saekano, which might be why it sounds familiar.

Thanks for the feedback. I can't help but feel like I've heard this exact same song before, but maybe it's not an anime. It might have been on a cute song compilation or something, but Googling it brought up no results.

My bad, I knew it sounded familiar. It's on a YouTube video called Music Anime Kawaii - Sweet by K - Music Sweet. It's just got some added drum and bass style effects to it.
