| If you can handle dark and gritty stuff, then I'll recommend you watching Perfect Blue and Shinsekai yori. I'm only recommending these two since not many people have watched them or even have heard about them. Both of these anime are rather bizarre and unsettling. I think the most suitable word to describe them is 'Harrowing'. |
| This is my first time writing an anime and manga recommendation so yeah expect nothing but shit. For the anime, I like Yuru Camp and The Devil is a Part-Timer, both are one of my favorite anime asides the well-known ones. Yuru Camp is a SoL anime about girls doing camping and it's just so calming to watch and very informative about camping. The Devil is a Part-Timer was my first isekai anime and one of my first animes I've watched last year, it's a comedy reverse isekai anime about Satan and his servant going to another world which is the world we live in and since their powers are gone when they moved to the other world, they try to adapt the culture of humans. The problem is that it's short and it's been 7 years since the anime came out, wasted potential. The light novel recently ended months ago. For the manga, I like "I Shaved. Then I Brought a High School Girl Home". It is a manga adaptation of the light novel of the same name. It's about an office worker named Yoshida which he was rejected by his crush for 5 years, he drank to keep his sadness away and when he went home he found a stray high school girl near his home. Also this series is going to get an anime adaptation next year. I hope you can enjoy my anime and manga recommendations! |
