Subaru just met her, Subaru trust her less then everyone else, plus with her having many "secrets" make her suspicious.

How can ram have that suspicion on Frederica ?, because for that she needs to see rem and Beatrice and Petra dying, and then wondering who is ordering the attack on the mansion, which only Subaru could see through return by death...

i think it's bcs subaru mentioned in the LN that there will be attack in the mansion but dont know who and they were discussing who could it be.

hmm.. i can say it is long n interesting with so many developments in story n character n covers so many mysteries.. n if i have to say if it is the best arc? Then maybe it is.. along with arc 7 that I'm currently reading.
