Well the ending headed in the direction it was meant to be, so i dont think the ending was bland ; its just some of the bits were left out in the movie. But overall its a personal opinion. 👍

The only way for you to figure out is for you to take the time to watch it. This forum will have many varying opinions on the ending and you probably won’t receive a clear answer. Some people seem to think it was bland and underwhelming, while I felt that it not too over the top and wrapped things up nicely for each character/plot.

Well this anime actually had a true romance and a true ending so I liked it more than most romances

The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

The ending was not something that I've expected lol . But when i look at the title sooner i realised that this was the correct ending. 7/10 for me .

The tv show for me wad kinda disappointed but the movie was great. The movie is in my top 15 and the ending was fantastic (though the after story stuff almost made me drop the score).

If you were rooting for any of the other girls, I can understand why you wouldn't have liked the ending. But a true romance ending is only possible with a single girl, and a harem anime would always make you feel bad about the other girls. Also I was really looking forward to to the making of the second game but the movie just skipped all of it. But the ending was one of the best romance anime ending justifying why the chosen girl was the perfect choice.
