Honestly would love a second season because its such a good watch, but I haven't read the source material, so I don't know what, if anything, they could make in a 2nd season.

I loved the show, but I wasn't expecting a 2nd season because it did wrap up so well. I have no idea where they plan to go with it, but I'm excited to find out. I've had to restrain myself from looking ahead because I have a bad habit of not knowing when to stop, and end up spoiling everything.

it's pretty hard to guess what conflict will next rise up cause you could say one of the main conflict is already solved

it's pretty hard to guess what conflict will next rise up cause you could say one of the main conflict is already solved

I'm thinking his former subordinate, Shin, will be an opponent at some point. He should have reincarnated, just without his memories. He'll probably still face a lot of opposition as the demon king too. The soldiers on the battlefield that day may have acknowledged him, but I doubt everyone will. The rift between royalty and "mongrels" is too great. Given the nature of the show, I'm willing to bet it will be another grand narrative though.

Tbh season 1 was pretty good and was ended very well . Ofcourse we would love to have a second season of such an intersting anime . The Light novel consists of 10 volumes and the first three volumes (1-3) were covered in the first season . So it's expected that they'll cover from volume 4-9 for the second season . Though aniplex hasn't announced any dates for the release .

There were rumors about it would continue. I really enjoy seeing Misha's adorable scenes. I think this anime needs a second season to prove itself...

I think how it wrapped up should mean a season 2 if you think about it that way. I love this show, the way he thinks is always putting me on my toes and keeping me waiting for more. I would love a season 2!!!

Yeah, I agree with the general consensus, loved the show, don’t know how smooth the transfer from season 1 to season 2 will be, but they’ll probably somehow make it perfect :D

I was waiting for Shin the whole time, he is for sure gonna be in s2 but I don’t think, that he’s strong enough to be the main villain

I loved this show and it is one of my favorites.

I am a little worried about the show being ruined in this second season, but I’m also curious as to what will take place.

So it’s about 50/50 for me

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Im reading the web novel and uhh.. actually this first season was like a prologue. I dont want to say more because its spoilers but yeah, first season is like a big prologue.
