Questions for manga readers

So I have a simple question that is whether is should read the manga or watch the anime. Is the anime watchable compared to the manga or they ruined it with bad animation and skipped plot lines? If the anime is not worth watching, I will consider reading the manga. And if the anime is watchable then I will watch the anime and then read the manga. Also helps me if you can tell where the anime ends in the manga

Same as what people said above, the manga is a masterpiece and would have deserved a much better anime adaptation

I really don't know, of course the manga is better, but still in my opinion, the adaptation was good

Read the manga, it is GOAT

The anime is actually pretty good but once I started the manga, I found how much manga is ahead and anime failed to justify the manga art

Manga is just amazing but anime is also good. So i recommend you to first watch anime and then read manga because I also did the same. Btw anime ends on manga chapter 25.

If you have enough free time, just go for both.
If time is an issue, just go straight for the manga, it's way better.

The anime adaptation is only decent at best. Above average until they dediced to f*** up the finale. I personally find the anime's script very questionable.

the manga is far superior than the anime. Just read the manga.

Manga is aeons better than the anime. The anime did its job in introducing the manga and all, but S2 is very unlikely to happen.

I watched the anime to episode 8 then read the manga from chapter 1 much more enjoyable

They changed the main plot to conclude the live action in 1 TV Series and 2 Movies. Objectively speaking, the script was good compared to live action's standard. (Still a bit below top notch like Alice in Borderland of similar Battle Royale Genre)
It was 4 TV episodes for the 1st game and introduction of the cast.
1 movie for the 2nd game and 1 for the 3rd & conclusion.
