I haven't watched Silver Spoon but I think the fact that it's so well received is proof that Arakawa isn't as much of a hack as all the fullmetal alchemist haters make her out to be.

This isn’t a fall from grace. They’re just two separate genres meant for two separate audiences. Not everything has to be a battle shonen to be good. Also, while I enjoy FMA I don’t think it has genuinely earned it’s #1 spot.

I hope you’re a 12-year-old troll because this is a seriously bad take and I will defend Gin no Saji until I die.
