Four chapters are out, 3 have been translated what's the hold up? I don't see any reason for it to still be pending on this site

Just realised it's a spin-off rather than a continuation of Winvurga; the latter has been in hiatus (?) for so long that I got a bit desperate. The mangaka only tweets abt Rebellion as well
