| Best episode of any anime I've seen in years, my only fear is not having an episode of this level in season 2 |
| worst episode. they cut it before the best part. also animation still as sloppy as ever with cgi stick figures runnin on the field. perfect cliffhanger anime wise but when reading the manga, this episode doesnt have same impact. bachira still gets blocked at the end by isagi. He was good but not good enough. |

| Isagi managed to outsmart Rin by simply believing and acknowledging that Rin is genius enough to try and intercept Isagi's strategy, by doing so, he managed to pull out his real target method of execution and did a glamorous back heel direct shot into the fuckin' goal! Not only that, he managed to push the already serious Rin to his limit by changing the tactic on the fly and almost scoring the goal directly for the second time if not for Rin's desperate head-block. Bachira however is the main spotlight of evolution for this ep, he has finally decided to listen to his true inner voice instead of the monster that he had followed all his life. What was once a companion has now turen to be a curse that blinds and prevents him from growing and developing to the next level. He has managed to finally get rid of the monster and with that, his aura has changed to his iconic color, yelllow. |

| Bachira was crazy this episode. |
| Intense episode, Isagi with that reverse direct back-heel shot to make a blind spot and disrupt Rin's future of the field, so awesome. Thanks to Isagi, the game is now 4-4. Bachira awakens his ego, starting from square one to get rid of the monster/curse and feel the joy of being one with the ball again to catch up to Isagi and Rin. Isagi intercepts Bachira's shot on goal and tells him that he knew he would awaken his ego. Darn cliffhanger yet again, but this is SO EXCITING 5/5 (I believe in Bachira and Isagi bromance) |

| Isagi is doing well against Rin. Bachira feels lost. He charges solo in the end, but Isagi is there to stop him from scoring a goal. |
