How does the manga differ?

I've read the manga was never finished due to the mangaka's untimely death but the ending of the anime is the one that she originally envisioned. Is the anime more complete than the manga? Are there any major differences?

interested ,but i haven't read the manga yet, but if you watch the anime alone i think the experience is complicated with a good ending too.

You can't hear the screamy characters in the manga, that's a good thing. But you can't hear the cool opening song either, that's a bad thing.
