Wow it’s getting a season 2 and still no one in the English audiences picked it up?? I’m so confused why no one did and I genuinely hope Crunchyroll or Hidive pick it up

I haven't seen eps 23 and 24 but if his did didn't show up in either of them I hope he does in the 2nd season, I'm sorry I kinda want a Lil more drama and I actually want Aono and Saeki to tell of their dad plus I really did enjoy this show but I was definitely not expecting another season , I wonder if there's enough for another 24 ep anime or just for a 11-13

I seriously did not expect that. Show gets a lot of dislike because of the visuals and the setting is not your usual shounen stuff - so I had expected it to be less popular in Japan as well. Maybe they are going for a full adaption? I hope this will be a 2-cour again and the manga ending soon.

Season 1 is great so far - still need to watch the last episode later. I like the more calm setting and art/music is not that bad. Though I personally do not have any talent in such stuff - in anime it makes for nice stories. And this story did not feel too annoying like the usual shounen. (Since it wasn't made with a focus on competition - though the two male mains have a bit of their own rivalry this is still mainly as working together in the orchestra.)

Other stuff with arts and/or music that I liked was usually declared Seinen and the stuff I liked less (Ballroom - I liked the ballet anime which was Seinen more) did feel more like classic shounen with competition.

Fantastic news, didn't expect it. Hope a streaming service will pick it up, thankfully we had Tezu fansubs but it's still a shame.
