What is wrong with Eiko?

Due to the end of season 1 and everything that happened, I'm sure we've all noticed little hints about certain things. I really appreciate the synced storytelling with showing specific people, things or events. That really helps you out figure out whats happening and what to expect if you can put 2 and 2 together. With that said, a certain character piqued my attention- Eiko, Yayoi's cousin. Throughout the whole season there were few moments where she was making that eerie face. I didn't really thought much about it in the beginning, because i thought it was her being weird or obsessive, but after ep. 20 i believe, and the introduction of (!SPOILERS AHEAD- STOP READING IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED THAT FAR!),

What do you think about it? Could it be just her being weird or is there something more to it?

She's just a bit too much into horror stuff I think, not dangerous to anyone around her.
