If someone has read volume 14 and 15, could you please give me a gist of it or if it is different from earlier volumes or compilation of stories or anything about it

its a continuation of her last year at fmc, her trying to go to The same university as the mc and stories of her going to tokyo and him coming home

That is most likely because VIZ, which has the english license, only released volumes 1-13 in print and digital form.
Volumes 14 and 15 were only released in form of the 3-in-1 editions, specifically volume 5 (covers 13-15), which was released as print-only in 2015.

Depending on where you live, it can be really hard and expensive to get a copy of that volume 5, since it looks like they are out of print.
