Damn. A good guy character death, and she was only a child. Glad I wasn't spoiled about that. Though she was only around for 4 episodes, I'm surprised she still manages to have 500+ member favourites on MAL. R.I.P. March. I still think 4 episodes is not enough episodes to care about the character, and would've hit harder/been more impactful had she been around for at least 15 episodes.

Really needed something like this, as a lot of anime/manga I've been watching or reading recently had either fake-out deaths (Sabikui Bisco and Sengoku Youko), or a character almost dying but gets saved at the last second (Blue Exorcist), or no permanent good guy character deaths at all throughout the series (Dungeon Meshi), or when it makes it look like a character died but in a later episode it reveals that they actually survived (Qualidea Code), or a character who dies in the same episode they debut in, and it's been pissing me off. And then there are shows (action or adventure shows specifically) where nobody at all dies in it, whether they are a good guy or a bad guy, like in Mashle, Dr Stone, and Mob Psycho 100. And it's safe to say that no one in Wind Breaker will ever die in it, as it's just about delinquents getting into fights. If a character "dies", but is revived later on, it makes me furious. I'd prefer there to be some tension in the shows that I watch, thank you very much! And the deaths to be permanent too. At least I know To Your Eternity has tension in it.

I did not cry but I felt sad when March died to protect Parona.
I am happy that Immo escaped together with granny.
This is such a wonderful episode.

Man am I surprise that this anime went so dark so soon, why tf did they have to show us grown up March, like come on, IT'S TOO SAD MAN! Fuck this neighboring country, and fuck Hayase

The way they tried to pull at my heartstrings was very cheap. The first few episodes made this anime seem pretty promising, but after this episode, it's a 6/10 at best. I hope it gets better from here.
