Fushigi no Umi no Nadia [Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water]
In 1889, the world was on the pinnacle of great discoveries in technology. In mankind's grasp for the future, a sinister foe known only as Gargoyle, obsessed with restoring the former Atlantean empire to the glory it once held, begins his plans to take over the world. Nadia, with the help of a young inventor, Jean Roque Lartigue, and Captain Nemo of the submarine Nautilus, must fight to save the world from Gargoyle and Neo-Atlantis. Based on the Novel '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' by Jules Verne.

Nido to Mezamenu Komoriuta [The Death Lullaby]
"Nido to Mezamenu Komori Uta" is a 27-minute short film that tells the story of a young boy, often referred to as "Deppa," who faces relentless bullying from his peers due to his appearance. The film juxtaposes his personal struggles with broader societal issues, including protests against the construction of Narita International Airport, highlighting the conflict between the powerless and the powerful.

Devilman Lady [The Devil Lady]
Fudo Jun is a beautiful supermodel who is idolized by many. She also has a dark secret that not even she knows about at first, for within her veins run the genes that hold the next step in the evolution of mankind. The same blood as the beastlike superhumans that terrorize the city. Unlike the rest of them, though, Jun has managed to hold a tenuous grip onto her humanity, and she is recruited by the mysterious Asuka Ran, member of a secret organization within the government, aimed at controlling, if not eliminating, these berserk destroyers of mankind. Jun, as Devilman Lady, must now exterminate her own kind, but how much longer can she keep her sanity in a situation she never chose in the first place?

NOTE: If I have skipped over your suggestion in the list, it is because it does not meet one of the Guidelines. Most likely "number of users."

Well, this is an interesting one for me. Here we have two titles I saw around the same time. One that I think is honestly a really amazing anime. The other is kind of trash but also weirdly important in my anime/manga journey.

So, Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water is really good. Yes, there are some infamous filler episodes you can skip in the series, but overall, this is an amazing series that is important to the history of anime.

On the other hand, The Devil Lady is mid at best (by MAL standards trash LOL). But it is the series that got me into Go Nagai. And there was a decade I was really into Nagai. I've run several panels on him at cons. I traveled cross-country to see him at AX one year. I think the Devilman manga is a masterpiece (I also loved Devilman Crybaby, which was a surprisingly close adaptation of the manga). This anime is just okay. The second half is better than the first. It isn't even remotely an adaptation of the Devilman Lady manga. Which is probably for the best. The Devilman Lady manga is the only manga I've ever hate read, and it is 17 fucking volumes long. The original Devilman manga is only 5 volumes! *Pulls out hair* Okay, I've got to stop, but I could go on.

The Devil Lady is one of my 5 top favorite anime with Ergo Proxy; Monster, Blue Gender and Requiem for the Phantom. You can feel the fingerprints of Chiaki Konaka in the anime, it is a great series; the eerie atmosphere is incredible.
