Yeah, so if “unhinged” ever needed a brand ambassador, she’d be on the billboard. The only remotely wholesome thing about her is that voice lol, and even that feels like it’s plotting something. Sure, we’ll get her tragic backstory soon, but let’s not ignore the fact she nearly drove an entire squad into collective madness like it was just another Tuesday lmaoo. Masks should’ve been standard issue from day one, but then again, no chaos = no plot. And Rudo… guy, she was just your crush, not your soulmate. Chill a bit xD I'm looking forward to see the bit with Tamsy though. |
| That was amazing! I found myself thinking that which wasnt wrong per say but I had my hopes up. Also how badly does she have to smell for some of those guys for them to imagine their loved one? Yes, smell strongly invokes a memory from a your past like no other. But these dudes, specially Rudo, are all surrounded by trash. She probably stinks, BAD. That being said, next weeks episode will probably resume the fight, and we will probably get to see a wind fighter fighting against... a poison fighter? what is she anyway? Regardless, I think there will be the other team joining them in a fight, and then she might get kidnapped at the tail end of next weeks fight. And their way of find that lady they are in search for will be resets. Oh the people that might kidnap her might be the crazy dread head's team, i forgot his name. But they might end up getting the info before Rudo's team. But I have no clue and Im just guessing whats going to happen next. Also, does this mean Rudo does not hate that girl? or was the memory that smelly girl was using was just invoking a scene that was near and dear to Rudo's heart? And would Rudo care for the girl (i forgot her name) that hurt him more than the sphere itself? Wait, is it the same for all of them? would they do the same as Rudo too, like would they go out of their way to protect the very person that betrayed them? That document girl was like gone for the rest of 3/4 of the show. Also, I see why she wears skimpy clothes... its to let her stink come into play a bit faster. Gross. Rating time: Plot: 10/10 Find the lady in no mans land Theme: 10/10 Stink Memory Characters: 10/10 Stinky lady's VA gave it her all what a performance OST: 7/10 Normal.... very.. normal Overall: 9/10 I had fun, i was more absorbed by the characteristics everyone was displaying when exposed to their dearest memory AnyWHO! Gachiakuta certified aura and hype moments anime Kinda feels nostalgic in a way that it's paced so slowly just to explain and double down on Amo's power in which she directly explains it anyway so the point of deducing what she can do kinda defeats this episode's point. Then you'd have the character everyone's itching to find out just be a cliffhanger. this last episode better have a pay off. |

| “I can fix her” mf she’s perfect. Mentally unstable woman save me. Amo, they could never make me hate you. For a group of experienced givers, you’d think they would’ve known not to take their masks off when they got in her tower or at least be prepared for something to be spread thru the air. When Amo said there was no need for them inside and then started talking about sniffing fetish it was so obvious lol. Surprised Enji and the other top people didn’t have a backup plan. All this could’ve been avoided if they weren’t rude to my girl and just played along with her schizophrenia:( the blank look on everyone face when Amo started talking crazy is killing me too  I was expecting the memories of Rudo’s old crush to actually backfire on Amo since he hates her so much, but for the moment it looks like he is under her spell. Can’t wait to see how they get out of this |

| Watching how quickly Rudo leapt to protect "Chiwa" even when his last memory of her waqs still as fresh as it was was both striking and kinda sad if you think about it. Can't wait for Tamsy's vital instrument reveal, even if (or maybe because) it's against his own team. |

Many people seem to hype Amo, buf if there's a moment that make her special, it's definitely NOT in this episode. I'll wait for that episode before give my opinion about her again.

| Some cool psychological fighting going on this episode. After looking into it, her instrument was her boots. Makes sense since the aura was coming from the bottom of her shoes when she activated it. Despite beig psychotic, Amo is supremely cute. Riyo low key choked this episode, unless she has some plan that will be revealed next episode. Seems like Rudo still has some feelings for whatherface too. |

| Here we go, now we can get into the meat and potatas. Amo clearly used her powers to knock out Enjin as pointed out, yet she says she didn't do anything wrong. Plus, she was obviously having fun tormenting Rudo. Next episode will be delicious 🤌 Also they all look like they just opened their front camera by accident 😹   |

| What an episode! This has to be my favourite episode so far. Kana Hanazawa was the perfect choice for Amo, she really didn't have to go so hard here. I haven't seen a well done insane character is while. What an amazing way to show off more character's abilities. Now that's how you do character development. | So Amo controls the power of smell, which basically means she’s stinky af, it falls in line with the show about trash lol, that’s gotta be some special stink tho to be turning most of the team against Zanka and the fella with the wild hair I can’t remember the name of, if only one of them had kept their gas mask on or something lol. Yeah so they definitely walked into this one, but I will say this situation with Amo is very fun so I don’t mind them falling for an obvious trap, I really love the way Amo can go from wanting to talk about crushes to losing her shit seconds later, and damn did Enjin really have to roast her outfit choice lol, I mean yeah it would be hard to concentrate but it is a great design. And the stuff with Rudo in his own head was pretty cool, I thought maybe we’d see the stink not work on Rudo since he has bad memories associated with Chiwa, but it looks like Amo’s power specifically triggers the good feelings and not the bad ones, maybe there’s some kind of loophole Rudo can figure out tho, because it’s a real shame our boy is being used like this, however I do like that Chiwa became relevant again in this way, it makes that betrayal mean a lot more. |

| Casting Kana Hanazawa as Amo was simply perfect. I found the protagonists' actions very annoying and stupid during the whole episode. Every single one of them complied when she suggested they take off their masks. And not even one of them thought about playing along with her when she started showing her unhinged side. They just kept making the situation worse and worse for themselves. |

Probably a byproduct of the source material being bad, but this was a prime "characters being dumb" episode. At least the villain was creepily voiced. Anyone else feel like not much has really happened in 11 episodes?
| @smoothw I mean, it's the right decision to let this episode end with a cliffhanger and I wouldn't really even call the characters being dumb. Not much is being known about the items of the watchman series and their abilities. I don't think a normal person would think about that one of those items has the ability to spread out a smell, which can control people. I mean, sure, it would've better to keep wearing the masks, but they weren't in a dangorous zone with poisonous air. Btw the chapters 32 - 35 have been adapted in this episode and the next episode more things will happen for sure. |

I'm not sure what they're is to enjoy about this show. The character design is solid. The whole concept of a "world"/society above the actual world, and dumping their trash in the bottom (original) world is interesting (not to mention even the upper world having the clean, affluent class so clearly distinguished from the poorer, dirtier, slum class trash)
But none of that actually makes a story. And if this was 12 episodes, I'd go ahead and finish it since I'm already there. But 13 more episodes? Probably gonna pass

| @HagePotPotato It's a slow story with a slow build up and in around 5 episodes the real story will begin. (Episode 11 has covered up to chapter 35 and the real story starts at chapter 46). I don't want to go deeper, but let alone not having solved the mystery about the watchman series, which has yet to be solved in the manga as well, should give us a bit of an idea of how long the story is going to be. (goes for @Kenpachi_91 as well) |
