What is up with these cliffhangers?! This is the 3rd or 4th one in 6 eps. It looks like Garrod is having trouble settling in. And you really get to see how childish he is in this episode. His daydreaming about Tiffa was cute, but got a lot of ppl hurt. It also looks like the GX is getting increasingly popular, as another group of Vulture piloted mobile suits attacks him. All this is topped off with a nuclear explosion.

On a side note, looks like Sala is getting pretty jealous of Tiffa. I hope nothing ugly happens because of it.

I think Sara has a crush on Jamil or something, but I don't really know what does she expect from Tiffa. Must be jealousy because of the attention she get from the captain. Anyway, Tiffa was so cute putting on makeup.
I kind of feel sorry for Garrod. He has never had to cooperate with anybody that's why he is so confused, and he is a teenager after all~

Sala treating Tiffa like that was uncalled for, especially after her friend told Tiffa to do that.

Tiffa reminds me of Rei from Evangelion. But she is a more likable version of her. So cute <3

Also, I tought Garrod was trying to go away, but looks like he only wanted to take some trasures.

I'm liking this show a lot. Nice characters, battles and good 90's animation.

Garrod should have known about what would happen if a power plant goes out of control like that. -___- Not being too smart are you. xD

Still really love the ending.

The climax of the episode should be been your woman finding Tiffa wearing lipstick, what a shocker !

Awww Tiffa's quite cute!

Apart from Sara whose attitude toward Tiffa was completely uncalled for... I actually don't hate anyone here (yet) like it did in previous Gundam installments.

Good job After War Gundam let it be known that you've colored me surprised so far.

I wouldnt say its uncalled for since Sara most likely doesnt know that. There was no scene of Sara and Tanya talking about the makeup and Tiffa didnt mention it to Sara, so Sara might be thinking that Jamil gave the makeup to Tiffa to wear when he visits her. Also when she saw Garrod alone she said "it looks like life isnt treating either of us well" so she probably thinks the situation is similar to that of the love square aboard the rewloola i.e. Char, Nannai, Quess and Gyunei.

When Tiffa started to use the lipstick I was anticipating a Eureka Seven moment a la Eureka smearing the lipstick all over her face.
Also Jamil seemed to do pretty well in that suit considering he's got PTSD

Great episode. The show is starting to feel like a proper space opera (even though they're not yet in space). I loved the chat between Jamil and Techcs Farzenberg on the Freeden. That brief, touching conversation revealed much about their character, and the tragic history of the world of Gundam X. I find the writing to be infinitely better than Gundam Wing. in Gundam X, the characters (so far) behave with consistency, and the dialogue makes sense. Excited to see where the show goes from here.

The romance is easily the strongest part of this series so far. I’m really routing for Tiffa and Garrod. Pleeeeasse don’t be a tragic love story!! I love that Garrod is so head-over-heels with her! It’s cute!

Poor Tiffa, she did not deserve to be treated as such

Also Jamis asking wether the girl lives in a colony kinda implies that (not zeon) seems to still exist out there and only the UNE fell...which kinda makes sense i guess

This was a cute episode apart from Sara being rude to Tiffa at the end I'm guessing she has some feelings

I felt really bad for Tiffa and Garrod. And I feel a huge connection with Garrod's actions. I definitely did stuff to try to be important or to be be part of something. This episode was a little slow but otherwise good.

Good to see the Gundam show reminding us of the ages of these characters, particularly Garrod himself. That despite all of the fighting, and the need to grow up in a desolate chaotic world around them, deep down inside Garrod is still a 15-year old kid that happens to be fighting in a large mobile suit as well as in a post-apocalypthic post-war ridden environment, and has to; because he's willing to protect those he loves. Might also be because he's lonely in the post-war world all his life. That he wants to be a part of something.

Really appreciating Jamil's dedication to not just being a leader of his crew but also willing to protect Garrod in spite of his actions, like he's being treated like a son. Speaking of Jamill, it appears there's a bit of drama going around one of his crewmates showing a hint of jealousy because his connection with Tiffa.

There's a lot to say about this episode, particularly Garrod's character with this considering the heroics he did in the previous episodes. I can see people finding him annoying in this one because he is getting people hurt.

Once again, poor Tiffa. Hopefully she can comfort him in these troubled times.
