The second to last episode because the pay off the episode pulled off after many build ups was absolutely beautiful. Plus the soundtrack and the emotions pulled near the end of the episode made it perfect and had me shed a few tears.

When Kaede was revealed to be an assassin (or whatever I may have it mixed up). It was such a cool plot twist to see her kicking ass. It was only funny how people were freaking out that she might really kill him (which is their goal lol). The ship kicking off at the end of that arc was great too.

Forgot which episode number it was, but basically Koro Sensei's backstory. I remember finding out that it wasn't even him that wanted to blow up the Earth and all the experiment guinea pig stuff, I was just watching in silence. Probably one of the heaviest anime episodes I've watched. Second to last ep is a close second though

I'd pick that time when Nagisa crossdressed as a girl for some infiltration scene. Ending scene made me shed tears but nagisa crossdressing goes hard

For me, it was the whole Kayano/Akari two-parter. The ending to that arc made NagiKae a ship I didn’t care much about to one of my favorites. Plus it helps kick off the series’s endgame in an emotionally charged fashion. It was the most highly anticipated episode for me when I rewatched the whole series a few months ago.
