| Well, I'm glad this anime got more serious and away from the academy setting. Seems the goofing around is over and the real plot is picking up now. Looks like this episode had some underworld investigation but it seems more like a buildup episode. The new ED song is ok imo. I personally liked the previous for its more colorful chereography. |

| Having a heart of gold is a staple key ingredient of a classic edgelord and it's genuinely cool seeing Jin go through those motions. It's almost comical how wide the moral gap is between Mikado and pretty much every single Momotaro we've seen save for Shiki's dad lmao |
| returning to the crime scene was stupid though, especially knowing the momotaro have footage from that place. thought the character was more clever, but oh well. |

| Ohh, so now we know why jin is shown to be all tied up in the opening. It was bittersweet seeing Jin being relieved that he was able to save those 2 girls, since he still blames himself for not being able to save his older sister :( I suppose we are getting more backstory from Jin this cour, and I'm excited for it. He certainly seems to have a lot of baggage from his younger days. I hope he doesn't end up getting tortured in that room, since the room really is freaky. I wonder if he will spend the rest of the cour there though... So now we know what's the power of Shinya, and it's not a really useful one for battle, so it makes sense why he needs to rely on Mikado and the other 2 Momotarou. And, as shown in the trailer, Mikado actually isn't cruel as the other Momotarou, and actually understood that Jin was trying to save the kids, and doesn't want to kill him. The anime really needed a character like him, and I hope he isn't the only one. Honestly, a very enjoyable episode, and I'm really excited to see how things will turn out for the group now on, and the Mikado and Shiki confrontation. Also, the new opening is seriously so cool, I have been listening to the song over and over for the past few weeks. Tougen Anki really delivered with the openings honestly, the 2 of them are my favorites from the year so far! |

| With the Blood Eclipse Release from Jin, the Oni have exposed their location to the Momotaro, which necessitates an urgent move from the Oni thanks to Kaoru doing all of the last-minute arranging. Of course, Shiki doesn't have a clue on what's going on, but at least Jin was let off with a warning from Mudano, which he has to rush everyone back to the Academy. It's the same story for Shinya Momoiwa wanting to seek out Jin with the assistance of the gang that rose up the ranks with his help, though his power to infect people with bacteria and manipulate them for 24 hours, with the vision of 36 people, he's a Momotaro to be feared alright. Jin being at the general hospital to see the girl whom he failed to rescue, thankfully she's fine, but to return to the accident scene was a grave mistake of his as Shinya has the loaddown thanks to Yomogi's intel, though dealing with Shiki and Mudano would be a problem if it's just him and Mikado alone. This is also confirmed with Jin's note that the Momotaro is making a move, with the local Momotaro Unit 20 under the fortune-telling trusting Tsukuyomi Momoka being requested for help, who can say no to a Kishin's kid on the dibs? More buildup it seems... |

| Gosh, this is painful and I'm sure familiar to many. What can you do when communication breaks down? Very raw capture of a painful experience in this episode. |
| i thought shinya was a brute force type but he's more of an elaborate schemer using his bacteria to see through another person's eyes is kind of cool |
