| Ruina getting her ass beaten by the Ugly sire is hard to watch, but the same can be said for the fearfully timid Rokuro, who can only feel overwhelmed and struggle to take action. Rokuro's backstory of him having a girlfriend that always watches over him in their small Oni-majority backwater village, she was his whole world even when she was ill and beginning to manifest her Oni powers. But the Momotaro Agency killing the only Oni doctor in the village, leaving her to die as her time ages, Rokuro can only feel the vestiges of a past that he could no longer maintain the same. And when he finally steps up to the plate to honour his girlfriend's legacy by manifesting her into his Oni blood, his Tougen Ranbu dance proves that he's second to none in terms of his Blood Eclipse Release. Shiki promising Mei that he would take Tsubakiri and the others down, as much as Mudano has regained consciousness, him going straight to the Momotaro ringleader is kind of a farce to showcase of words more than action. With Jin facing Yomogi the same, Shiki is not going to leave this fight lying down. The fight between the two students and the two Momotaro juggernauts, this will be an interesting match-up. |
