| This peak arc came to an end, and I think Bones is trying to drag the story out a bit so they can save more interesting stuff for the upcoming season, which might be a good thing. I'm curious to see which chapters will be shown in the last episode. I really can't figure it out, lol. Edit: @lazybishounen preview images of the last episodes have just been revealed and it seems to end with chapter 88. |

| anddd goodbye decent pacing i see that the studio was trying to fit in a very specific amount of content into the season so the border experiment battle would be towards the end, hence the slow pacing in the first half and now weird leftover episodes that i guess are both going to be pretty pointless the humour of this show never really sits right with me lol i always find it just.... idk unfunny and as im realising we are at the end of a 24-ep season, where was the characterisation???? the scene between zanka and enjin made me realise that a large part of rudos character is comprised of what other characters say about him... he didnt get to make much decisions in the first half due to the impossibly slow pacing, and the best part of the season was a battle where he didnt fight much and have a crazy internal or external monologue (as animes go) i suppose i still have large issues with this anime |
| Everyone was worried about Zanka in this episode and rightfully so, but he's a strong-willed guy. He's ready for his next challenge and to redeem himself. It's nice to see him with a positive mentality. Remlin also got scolded for fooling around. LOL. Rudo was happy to see Zanka doing ,well and they had funny moments as well in the episode, which was great to see that they're becoming good friends. Other than that, it looks like the Raiders are ready for their next mission and this was just an experiment before the real thing begins. |

| I'll keep saying it: this main bad guy (boss) doesn't do anything for me. He doesn't excite me, and to be honest, his interventions bore me. I've hardly ever felt this way, even villains that are undeveloped and superficial have attracted me more than this guy (who they've tried to make mysterious and taciturn) |

| @Ricchan__ ohhhh I seeeeee. That Remlin and Rudo part was really cute, I also love the conversation between Rudo and Zanka before then. I honestly don't mind the slow parts of the show. I like to see the characters interactions in daily life! |

@greysional I agree with you the pacing is not the best bones really should've gone for less episodes like 20 maybe if they were so adamant on ending it on a certain chapter... but that last paragraph??

| @BasedHappy ah i do think i exaggerated when i said 'large part' but yeah the amo + battle with zodyl were the exceptions of seeing more of rudo's character pluss we could have had more characterisation if not for the nature of the first 10 episodes |

| Good ep Enjin got expensive taste. Only right that he gets the gang right. Zanka so inspirational. Calm gear 3 reference. Ah yes, Rudo never fails to make me laugh with that fk ass smile. So devious for no reason. Interesting characters coming soon, it seems. 9/10 |

| I think Zodyl is working under an assumption. The Cleaners didn't cross or even enter the border region. They may have come close but the fact the "Watcher" didn't attack them would indicate to me they didn't cross the boundary. Noerde was the one who did cross and I assumed she got killed, except at the end that brief scene seems to indicate she might yet live. |

| One more episode until the end of the season! That was a great episode. Zanka is truly showing what he is made of. Remlin is as fun to watch as ever. And the Raiders are making their next moves. Speaking of which, this episode raises some questions. Why wasn't Enjin able to use the chokers to talk with Semiu in the trash beast, and why does this fact tell Zodyl & Bundus that Chokers are made by a giver? Now that I think about it, why wasn't Semiu able to connect to Riyo while being able to reach Enjin? Zodyl's experiment clearly brings him closer to coming to some sort of conclusion about the nature of the Watchman series... Also, Bundus just looking for confirmation of Canis Surebrec's existence is really intriguing. His interest in anima, the Watchman series, Arkha, and other mysteries is something. |
| Nah, come on. Last episode showed Noerde being erased from reality by that Lovecraftian being and now she appears in one piece? Ugh. Chill episode. Scenes with Rudo smiling like the Grinch and Zanka getting pranked by the most secondary of characters were amusing to say the least. |
| The Cleaners finally getting their rest, and vibing in the car with their sunglasses and DJ-esque music on the way back to HQ, as well as send Rudo to see Zanka, whose self-esteem has hit rock bottom. Unexpectedly, Remlin coming to apologize for splatting the wrong spell on them, though the weirdest one going to Zanka on accident, it kind of helped on his relief and resolve to get stronger. Rudo's rather sheepish smile pissing Zanka off, as much as he's got Enjin's recovery gift, the focal point of facing the Raiders still remain as the top priority. As for Zodyl, the experiment to cross the border is but a test to prep for the real endeavour, as is Bundus getting his promotion to stand as a front-stringer with the Raiders, by first finding the Giver who created the chokers. Slowly but surely, the next plan's in store...the question is: when is the sequel going to arrive? |

| anybody know/heard why Crunchy hasn't released the ENGLISH DUB for this episode yet? i've checked their Simulcast Calendar for over... 2 hours now... and ALL the other Dubs were out at 9:30AM (Central) here in the US... but the English one isn't listed... and the episode on Crunchy itself is still listed as 'subbed'. |

| The sunglasses are for aura farming, Rudo, get on with the vibe, man! This is a good post-arc episode. Zanka takes to his failure just as I expect him to; he is disappointed by his own shortcomings, but doesn't hold it against anyone for his own weakness. Except for Rudo, who he thought was mocking him lol. But for real, though, he needs to be able to do more than swing his stick around, bro needs a serious powerup, especially given that we have Rudo out here that could conjure fucking railguns and shit, and Zanka is still his trainer??? Yeah, no kidding. In a way, the Raiders are not the enemy of the Cleaners, in fact, if the two organisations came forward to a negotiation table, they could work something out, you know... Like, what if the Raiders hire the cleaners to take care of their trash beast-creation experiment? As Zanka said, it's not their goal to antagonize the cleaners. Wow can't believe Noerde's body is intact, and was that Hyo? Is she a giver? If that was the case, a katana vital instumnets would go nuts |

| @Grantnarg I'm totally late to this thread, but I wanna add a thing to this comment because it's easy to think the mangaka hates her own character. "The character the author likes most also is the one who suffers the most" This is a writer thing, I know this because I currently write my own fantasy novel in my native language and I've been reading about this phenomenon a lot in youtube comments about writing tips. One of my readers once told me "man, I like the prince, but you literally drag him through sh_t". And I was like "Yeah, I do that so he can have the 2nd most growth, right after my MC." It's the underdog trope that will have a great pay-off later as the story progresses. From what I understand about writing, Urana-sensei must like Zanka a lot. |

| This show has a great track record for funny car moments. Scammer got styled on! I'm glad Zanka is taking his loss well. Remlin's quite the rascal for that swole arm prank but things still worked out for the better. |

| Everybody pulling up in the car wearing those sunglasses was unexpectedly funny. It felt so out of nowhere in the best way Also respect to Zanka for taking his loss so well. He could have sulked or gotten bitter, but instead he just rolled with it and even managed to laugh off Remlin’s joke spell. That kind of attitude makes him even more likeable. |

| Kinda feel for Rudo though, if you really think about it, he's still a child who has gone through some really traumatic shit and has finally found his safe space. The reason Zanka got beat to hell and back was because of the strong arm spell 😭💀 that shit had me dying |
