Binging this arc that just finished might not be that bad, but reading this week to week has been a drag, I'm glad it's finally over
| @davidsrb04 a drag would be an understatement, i had to switch to only catching up once a month because this has been so frustratingly crap it was just making me mad, just because of the sheer length of this arc its one of the most worst and disappointing romance arc ive ever read. Hopefully it picks back up and starts getting good again and i can eventually start to forget what feels like 2 years of garbage chapters because if this ends anytime soon i wont have any strong memories of it left. already had to drop the score down a few points |
| Damn Im caught up. 175 chapters. These last like 10 or so chapters Ive been kinda phased out cause of my anger at the whole conflict and the teacher. After reading it all I do still feel the whole thing was a bit stupid. It seems like 2 students make the "major incident" and that was somehow bad enough to create a decade long lockdown between the schools. The 'incident' I feel should have either been something worse or not revealed at all. Cause atm it just feels weird how much they despised chidori. From day 1 of the anime I thought this whole conflict was stupid and their reactions were too extreme and after reading the full manga Im still at that point. Just now I dont hate the teacher. The hug at the end was cute though. I will say I probably got into the manga at the perfect point cause if I ended my binge read a few chapters earlier I'd be so much more pissed. I at least got to binge through this entire arc in one sitting. I hope this series continues for a while longer so we can get a lot more cute wholesome stuff but with everyone deciding their careers and the major conflict kinda resolved it feels like an end is near. Shame Ive ended this reading binge on a bit of a sour note with this recent drama. But oh well we're past it now so we can look forward to a bit more cute romance. |
