| I was probably around six when I used to watch this on TCC (The Children's Channel), I vividly remember the subplot of the girl's father being eternally trapped in a bubble in the animal world, his punishment for being a human who trespassed there. Freaked me the F out. Does anyone remember if he ever did get out? |

| Oh my gosh yes I do! I was just looking up anime that used to air on Nickelodeon back in the day, and I remember watching this as a kid in the late 1980s. I was so surprised to learn that it was actually an anime from Japan, I always assumed it was made in America. It's been so long I don't remember too much about the show, other than that the boy koala bear would get very sleepy after eating, and his little sister seem to have magical powers. Boy this takes me back! |
