| Suggestion: you might want to set up a thread for requests such as the one above, along with a process for such requests. you might also want to make it clear that if someone asks the banner club to make their claims banner then they should 1) inform the claims club that they are going to ask the banner club 2) provide a link the claims list so that you can verify that they aren't trying to make a (for lack of a better word) illegal claim 3) provide you with the dimensions that the banner should be made in 4) specify if they have a preference in banner makers and 5) provide reference pictures if they so desire also in the case of banners involving other users (claims, marriages, etc) they should have the other users post their consent so that the banner club won't be unknowingly dragged into user disputes. |
