I think the only good thing about it was that there's still a chance for him and Tsubasa to hook up...which they obviously will at some point since they both like each other. The story as a whole was crap. I liked it all the way up until they tried to give it a plot. They should have stuck with random adventures or short 3 episode arks like cowboy bebo did. O well, still a decent anime if you have some time to kill. |

| I felt the same way. I was hoping the romance would be taken somewhere, but they just slapped me in the face and killed Mamiko Noto. She did look lovely in those pictures in the end though... |

| Yeah going back to being young bro after refusing Tsubasa-chan was really unsatisfying. But it looks like plan was to make more eps or second season where he and Tsubasa-chan could become a thing. However i don't expect second season, maybe ova could do the job :) |

| That was a peace of crap. I was happy when he turned down Tsubasa and I thought things were going to end well for him and his 'sister' but he gets pushed back into the brother role? she does it even though it saddens her to do so? Come on either have him move on and have excepted Tsubasa's confession back there or have him reject it and get together with Nanaha. Make up your mind. They both like each other and yet she decides that romantic things mess with her feelings and judgment and therefore ability to be an affective captain so she pushes him back into the brother role. From there I guess him and Tsubasa get closer and closer and eventually his feelings change. Meanwhile Nanaha just kicks back and says it for the best while hurting all the time. So fucking stupid Pretty anti-climatic ending as well, in regards to the enemy and all being beaten so easily. Two people one shot who got shot? Was a second shot fired? Did anyone actually die? Who knows, to be continued |
