| the Higurashi cry every time Rena Omochikaeri's someone. That's a lot of people. Sometimes I wonder whether Rena is stronger in Omochikaeri mode or after she's snapped. Well, the results to the victim are the same either way. |

| I'm going with omochikairii mode: Snapped - Cleft Teppei's head in twain with an already sharp blade; hacked up a bunch of body parts with an already nicely serated saw; fought Keiichi (someone her age, who's only advantage physically is being male) to a standstill on the roof. Omochikairii - Ran off at speed with two children, each more than half her own size, one under each arm; spun Rika around like a ragdoll with little to no effort at all; tore herself free of nearly a dozen bungee cords that had her lashed to a chair, by doing nothing more than just flexing her muscles. So, yeah....for me, omochikairii mode. |

Then again, I wouldn't put it past Omochikaeri Rena to do just that. Also she beat Keiichi on the roof, just refused to deliver the finishing blow. Also I think there may be several hints throughout that indicate that Rena actually has more physical strength than Keiichi. In the game, when they're retrieving Kenta-kun Keiichi has difficulty moving it, but when Rena helped it was 'surprisingly easy'. Also, she's just a lot scarier. |
