| That scene was great. It just put a smile on my face. Anyways, i'm not too big on Venezuala's backstory. It just didn't seem as interesting as the last few. So this episode was an ok for me. |

| Man, we're 17 episodes into this anime and barely anything happened. The main duo had 3 fights - 1 against the Chinese and 2 against the Russians. Other than that the main bulk of the runtime has been spent on the resonance thingy getting glimpses into all the other pilots lives and characters. It's basically just a collection of vignettes. Which isn't necessarily bad if those characters had any further part to play in the story or if they had signigicant impact on the main duo, but so far except for a few minor things there was none of that. As far as I'm concerned there hasn't really been enough development on the main story to justify all this runtime. |
