I was touched at first that Cal made Zwei cry and was courageous enough to admit to going to Zwei's world but creeped out about Zwei seeing her naked and even sleeping with her when she came to his bed. Reminded me of the movie "The Professional with Jean Reno" Finally Isaac is shot by Claudia....TRAITOR he was.  |

| Damn. If this series of events continue, I think that something epic will happen to Zwei in the end. Cal was epic in this episode aswell. Loved their little conversation in the bathroom. <3 Either he's going to die or someone really close to him will. How the fuck did that Scythe Master got the picture of Zwei in the room with Mutoro? Damn, Ms. McCunnen is being outsmarted my the Scythe Master. SO many misunderstandings. |

| is it just me that was pretty taken aback by the whole Cal and Reji thing, don't get me wrong it was clear there was a strong bond, but it almost felt like Reji had kind of like a little sister, protective... I get the whole 'you made me feel human' etc etc but then she just gets out of the shower and then the scene after where it insinuates that something MIGHT have happened... i was like D: personally aha..... But yeah the episode as a whole was kinda meh for me.... it was the first episode where I kinda drifted off, and had to re-focus myself sometimes, I won't hold one episode against it just hope that I don't find myself doing it more, and it stays at the pace it has previously because I have been really enjoying this series! |

| Really strong emotions this episode. To see Reiji actually cry... he actually cried, that same Zwei... wow. Those moment between Cal and Reiji were really touching. I don't blame the guy though, Cal is precious after all. That "we have all the time in the world" before departing was just too ominous. I have a feeling I'm going to cry during this series too... On Inferno's note, Claudia was really bold this episode, and a really nice cover by Reiji too (leaving the 5 mil at Wisemel's house). I just felt REALLY, REALLY bad for Wisemel though. That look he had before he died... man. I'm pretty sure he just had the sniper there to cover Inferno in case Godo's group got hostile, just to gain some merit. He didn't really deserve that. Oh well, at least Claudia exacted her revenge and climbed to 2nd highest rank within the organization, let her be happy while it lasts (Scythe has something in store for her). Lizzie gets Reiji into shit again... how careless. Hang in there! 5/5 |

Regarding Lizzie, it's nice to see the different in mentality between her and Reiji, although both of them work under Claudia. One questions and the other doesn't (as much). And I agree that Cal would probably not forgive Reiji for that...as much as she wants to be with him, Judy was the first one that saved her after all. |

| I must be the minority because I really like Cal's character. Cal pretty much personifies the humanity that Reiji lost when he started to become an assassin. It seems like a lot of people here don't quite understand Cal's history nor perspective. She abandoned her seemingly terrible family and went off to live with her "sister", and when her "sister" died she already seems to have lost everything. But since Reiji is able to take her in and even treat her as family, as depicted when he protects her from Issac, she sees him as someone who can finally the family that she has been looking for. With all these factors included, wouldn't it make sense for her to want to stick by Reiji? Especially when she really wouldn't have nothing left if Reiji were to tell her to go make her own future when she's still at that stage of youth. Anyways as I was saying, I really did like this episode as it showed how much Reiji lost his own humanity during the time skip. Looks like Eren is back to being a puppet again. |

| So Scythe want to make Claudia fall. Without Reiji, Claudia is a powerless woman. I have one weird theory. What if Cal was a double agent? He always say that she have a great potential and she is dangerously close to Reiji, it almost seem anormal. Ein in the preview say that she is not Elen. I don't think that Reiji can shoot on Ein, but could Ein shoot on Reiji? She have always been colder than him. |

| Man, those emotions. Cal is great.. the way she reminds Reiji his humanity. That relationship they share is really something special, like big brother is caring for small sister. But at the same time she is making him vulnerable, he hesitates more now. That plot Scythe is scheming from shadows.. Slowly, step by step, everything is going to hell. I bet Inferno crumbles soon and everything goes haywire after that. Life is not fair and there are no happy endings for assassins. |

She finally found someone who cares for her and it makes sense she don't want to lose that safety, no matter what. She is willing to become an assassin just to be able to be with him and in fact she is the only one who can make him change back to the normal, she is someone who reminded him of his emotions (even Ein wasn't able to do that for him). Their bond is mutual, they are important to each other and you can call that selfish but really I don't see it that way. |

| Wow, another stupid ending to an episode. How the hell did Scythe Master (still can't get over that brilliant name) fool Shiga? First of all, Reiji was holding a gun in the photo, yet the cause of death was a razor slitting his throat, a razor that was nowhere to be seen. The methods don't match in the slightest. I know that Reiji picked up the razor and in the VN it supposedly explains that they checked the prints on it, but the anime never even hints at this. Secondly, why isn't he questioning how Scythe got access to that photo? It didn't look like security camera footage, and none were visible when the room was shown in episode 14, so presumably it was from some kind of hidden camera, which means that it must have been set up in advance. A little suspicious, isn't it? It's still an entertaining show, but just dragged down by characters suddenly becoming far more stupid for the sake of contrived plot progression. |

| I was all for Reiji x Elen before the timeskip, but at the same time, Reiji seems to have a better and more loving relationship with Cal he ever did with Elen, which was mostly one-sided. Elen is unfortunately unable to say anything other than "Yes Master" as of late, which is a bit of a handicap. So there were cut scenes in the anime? Disappointing, but not surprising. Televised adaptations of visual novels tend to lean more on the spineless side, hence the censorship or skipping H-scenes. I've yet to see a VN adaptation that doesn't do that in some capacity. |
