Shou is still there in the sidelines acting like a punk. And it ends with a tie, now come on. |

| This was the first duel to give me reminiscent feelings of DM with the constant one-upping each other. I couldn't predict the outcome. At first I thought Juudai would lose, but then I thought, no wait he's got shounen protagonist immunity, he can't be losing a second time against the same guy. Nope. The actual result I like much better. Flashy, and just right. His paranoia from the last episode is justified. Even he would think about being perfect when going up against the Kaiser. I'm glad they showed Juudai is susceptible to those kind of emotions. Maybe we'll explore that more later? |
| I still wish that Judai had won this duel considering that he'd lost to Ryo before and it would've been nice for them to settle the score by each of them having one win against each other. The fact that the best Judai could do was tie with Ryo just felt disappointing considering how he had grown so much as a duelist and just got done beating Kagemaru and the Sangenma a few episodes ago. :x |

| This is undeniably one of the best duel in all of yugioh, the absolute legend Zane/Ryo versus our lovable protagonist Jaden/Judai. I love how it ends in a draw, such a fitting end for such a peak season. |
