Will the mangaka actually include romance?

Do you think that Hoshino, the mangaka of D.Gray-man will actually include romance in the manga? There was a Q &A with her and she said "I might include love..." but would that be romance or friendship? And also, in the later chapters, Cross Marian says to Allen he has to kill someone he loves. I could think of Mana but he's already dead....could he mean Lenalee?
