This is the thread where you can post your daily counts for exercise, calories, meals, reps/sets...that sort of thing.
Please respect one another at all times. Thank you.

We ask that you use a template (you may create your own) so people can easily navigate. Here's an example:

Need to start somewhere with getting my full routine down. With my couch potato physique I wouldn't be able to complete it correctly yet. Expect 3 updates a week as I progress more =P.

Ah. I was wondering. What if we make a template and so people can just update the post daily/whenever they update it?

Could work, would lower the post number and repeated posts.

Could work, would lower the post number and repeated posts.
Nah, it would get bogged down. Plus, having a lot of pages signals that this club is active.

I guess people can do it either way, but I was thinking to do a weekly log, so next week, I will make a new post, but it's more so a personal choice I guess.

Think a good thing to state with your log is the time period it covers. For example

8/6/14 - 8/12/14
