Question depends on what you define as a rider. Anyways, Kururu is a tuner and hasn't shown riding AT therefore she isn't part of this 'battle'. Basically its a battle between Simca and Ringo. If we are talking about attractiveness of the 'flying', then i'd say its definitely Simca but she has no combat ability. Ringo on the other hand is a King, therefore her combat ability as shown in the fights are superb.
By better rider, I'd say its Ringo because she can pull off all those offensive tricks and she also has the Thorn Road. |
