| pssssssst. Play the game, the anime is never going to represent jackshit from the game's experiences. You can try making farmville into a cartoon series, but you aren't going to be expecting much. (I mean they're basing an anime off of a game with almost no official backstory or explanation). |

| Looks great but if they want USOs, they need to bring the subs into the anime. On second thought: I took a closer look at that thing and the I-class (the USO looking destroyer) is designed to kill subs, bad call. |

| It's true that there might not be official back story, but there is history. I'd totally like to see Midway animated, just replace the American fleets with abyssal fleets. Yuudachi (Kai Ni) earning her nickname "Nightmare of Solomon" during Ironbottom Sound would also be awesome. Oh and don't forget the Battle of Leyte Gulf, I know already that I'm going to cry when I'll see Yamashiro saving Shigure. Yeah, if this anime will have any plot whatsoever, I really hope there will be a scene like this Although 12 times 24 minutes of this wouldn't be that bad either Also do we know if there will Teitoku-san or Teitoku-chan, I mean with all the siscons and general yuri tendencies a female Teitoku would be fitting imo. | Some people have commented that this looks a lot like "Upotte!!" (2012), but with large naval vessels (carriers/battleships/cruisers) instead of guns (battle rifles/ assault rifles/submachine guns). Unfortunately, I found "Upotte!!" unwatchable. I definitely want to give this series a chance, but so far I don't see how it can be interesting. |

| Not a fan of kancolle, but definitely give it a watch to see how Takeshi Yasuda handles this monster level of adaptation. Not too confident in Kusakawa Keizo's directing though. |

| Disappointed to see that CGI seems still present for battles ... I'm still waiting for it though. I don't know this series so I don't know if that version of Nagato is fanmade or not, but I find it kinda cool looking. |
