| I have not played the game, but I know the general premise. I have read up on a lot of character info, not all of them, and kind of know the background information on the story. I also know about sinking=death. Does anyone think there will be any sinking in this show. This seems to be a good formula for the show to be one with sinking. Not to mention, the genres are action, sci-fi, and military. Last of all, by not setting a set end date or specific number of episodes, they could introduce many if not all characters in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we have a pretty crappy director, save for nanoha series, he does not have a good list of shows. Fortunately we have the series composition person Hanada Jukki (nichijou, steins gate, no game no life, and other well known shows) and Takeshi Yasuda (movies of steins gate and strike witches. So... what do you think |

There was a subtle sense of foreboding with the show and its setting prior to shit truly hitting the fan in ep 3. we're getting none of that with Kancolle. Who's gonna sink, Kisaragi, 'cause the real ship sank at Wake? To kill her in 3 episodes in with her only appearing in like 4 scenes total, the most memorable of which being a slapstick bit with her getting hit with chalk? It'd just feel cheap. Shameless, even. Not saying it's absolutely impossible, but the odds of it happening, especially 3 eps in, is almost nil'. |

"They're sisters, after all...") Kisaragi is walking out the door of the classroom in the only key visual she's in Mutsuki mentioned the possibility of sinking in episode 2 |

'1. At the end of ep2 Nagato said that The Operation to Capture W island would be a 6 ship assualt with just Torpedo squad 3. 2. Kisaragi isnt a member of that squad so she will not participate in that operation.' |

| Being labelled as PG-13 (which is arbitrarily done on MAL) was irrelevant anyway, lol. Since when does the Japanese follow American ratings when making their anime? Not to mention that KanColle is aired during the midnight timeslot, so it's most likely aimed at adults... |

| Why would PG-13 ever have determined anything? For film, getting a R rating is usually just due to the presence of harsh language, blood and gore, or nudity. |

| Just spoiled myself with who will sank. It's not gonna look good. Most of the anime cast are gonna say hello to underwater. Poor Teitoku, you have to follow that awful ship sinking history. |

If they do that, about 70% of our main cast are done. |
