| Ah, I'm pretty hyped up myself. Seeing how Ufotable did such a good job with Season 1, I can definitely see UBW being done justice, since the meat of the route has yet to be adapted. The scenes I'm looking forward to the most: Like most of you guys, I am also hoping for a really good remix of THAT soundtrack. To be honest, after seeing Season 1, I am no longer worried about how the adaptation will go overall. I like this club a lot, at least here we don't have the worst part of the fanbase saying bullshit about the adaptation, nor do we have the haters saying "The setting is a highschool, it is not as mature as F/Z, so it sucks" and stuff like that. |

Agreed. Some fake fans have to learn the true meaning of the word Rejoice! My problem with them is how they complain about things that are not worth complaining. Most of their complaints have to do with limitations of the anime medium, and that's unavoidable. Obviously we can't have the same amount of monologues as in the VN, because it'd ruin the pacing of the show. I think Ufotable did an excellent job with carrying over these monologues into character expressions though. I just think people should learn that VNs =/= Anime. |

I mean maybe I exaggerated with the whole "same as in the VN", but they do complain about the amount, by claiming it makes Shirou a bad character. While it definitely does not give him the same feel as in the VN, that doesn't mean he is worse in any aspect though. |

Altered interactions with Rin. Only touching on PTSD and not the struggle with the ideal. A couple of 1-2 liners in each of Shirou's fights could have helped give context to his actions. |

The problem with keeping their usual interactions, including the times when they troll each other, is that it's very hard to do in the anime medium without feeling like worthless comedy. Most people then would complain that F/Sn is just a comedy, or that it'd have very weird mood changes. I don't think that's a HUGE problem to be honest. As for the "Shirou being broken" thing, I don't think Ufo is doing a bad job with this. They have shown the struggle with his ideals countless times with the interactions he had with Archer, first in the temple, then inside the shed. The problem is that a lot of his struggle comes from his inner monologues, which takes us back to my previous point. But even then, Shirou will be forced to confront his ideal in Season 2, so even without the build-up of the monologues, it'll work out just fine. |

| from 4chan I'm a filthy secondary and haven't actually read the novel. I did watch the FUCKING DEEN movie though. That being said, there was no graveyard scene in the first 3. First one is Caster playing suggestively with Saber while Shiro wanders around confused and Rin and Archer confront Caster. Then Archer betrays Rin, that scene's pretty cool. Shiro saves Rin and then they leave and he confesses to her. Second episode is them deciding to talk to Ilya, and all of Caster's back story where she's summoned by a mage I can't remember the name of who wants her to use a dragon NP. She says she can't and he goes to Kirie to get another one and then she kills him and is found by the teacher who became her master (I can't remember his name either fml). Ends with Gil and Shinji showing up at the castle and killing Ilya's two homunculous servants. Third episode is Ilya backstory, lots of creepy scenes with her mom/grail talking to her. She talks to a bunch of dead homunculi (is that the graveyard scene you were talking about?). Then she makes her pact with Berserker and it jumps to present where he gets fucked up by Gil. Ends with her getting slashes and stabbed and crawling over to Herc and drying. |
