Ryuugan continuation?

Does anyone have any sort of information about the probability that Ryuugan will be continued?
I know that the author was sick and that she started another series. I really wish she would continue this one though. I have been searching the net for some answers but couldn't really find anything. Unfortunately I don't know japanese so I can't read her blog or twitter.
I would also like to know if there is any chance the 9th volume will be translated into english. I only found it in japanese so far.
I would be extremely grateful for any helpful answers :)

Volume 9 has been out for a long time now, so probably not. It's doubtful but I hope she does continue it one day.

Hi! I know this is a year late but there is a continuation! The mangaka has written a sequel to Dragon Eye, which picks up after volume 9. After crosschecking with their facebook page, I believe the name is called Ryuugan Rt Zero . No translator yet though. ^^;;
