| I had to google bara....that is crazy, they stopped making that type of manga/publication back in 2004...I wonder why? Did yaoi take over what bara use to be? Maybe it is more graphic or less idk but the last yaoi I read was pretty intense. Some of my favorite yaoi manga are Junjou Romantica, Love Stage! and Gravitation. I will have to admit though, I tried to read the Gravitation DJ and omg it is so bad lol ... and very sadistic, I would be weary if you decided to pick it up. Something I have noticed though, which is upsetting, is that the only yaoi anime (like real yaoi) that I have seen was the one where he like rapes his senpai and they end falling in love, or whatever. Other than that there are no other actual yaoi shows that I have seen. Mainly, it is just shounen-ai, which is really cute and awesome so I love that but I really want some more yaoi! lol Well I will introduce myself then, You may call me Sakamoto, or Nami for short (since most of you here do :3). I am 22 years of age, eek! I live on the East Coast of the United States, in a fun little state called Pennsylvania. I got into anime at the end of 2014 and my favorite genres are Ecchi and Yaoi. I've gotten so into anime that I have started my collection of anime things, starting with manga. My favorite one being Rorouni Kenshin, I haven't seen the anime but omg the manga is amazing. In my collection I also have Toradora!, Shokujeki no soma, Assassination Classroom and God Child. I will be expanding my collection today, since I get paid Fridays. Now, every weekend I expand my collection by at least 5 manga (series/additional volumes)... it is amazing, but worst part is they don't have any airing anime at the one close to home. Sigh. Well there is my rant :3 |

| Visual novels are awesome and it's usually pretty easy to find free translations of any of the more recent or more well known ones. Even steam has a few free ones. |

| @Sakamoto_ I just looked up free Visual novel games and downloaded the ones that looked well made. Wow, you've watched a lot of anime in the time you've been into it. @Merium I've never spent money on VN's, I'm too broke. I can't draw anime characters without some sort of reference material yet, so I'm that great of an artist, and yes actually, I plan on becoming a game creator/programmer. |
| Hello :P I'm Jack, I'm 18 I work on firewalls and security for servers, but i'm in college to learn 3D CAD design. I love cake and only really play csgo and Mount and Blade. As for anime i like mainstream mostly but I also like smaller anime like golden time and zetsuen no tempest. Other things I like to do often are going paint balling and playing airsoft; furthermore i like cola and crisps. :D |

| Heya i'm Vee. i don't really know what comes after that haha. i'll just say anything so ... I'm Asian. Aside from anime, i'm also into manga and books and tv series. I'm into swimming and badminton. no ball games please, i don't know why or how but balls seem to come flying in my direction whenever i'm around those stuff. I suck at cooking. but i love eating sweets. I easily get lost, like srsly, to the point where i just accept and enjoy my situation. i am really talkative, most of the times it's all nonsense tho. that was all random babbling. i need to organize my thoughts next time. see ya around! |
| I'm Slick. I enjoy spending my time playing/watching basketball, video games and anime/manga. I especially like series that revolve around delinquent characters as those kinds are the most humorous yet also have a lot of character development along with a nice story. Thanks for having me here |

I am up to episode 13 of the first season and I cant wait to see where they leave off in season 1 for season 2. It's one of my favorite series, Harima is the best! Oh boy are you in for a roller coaster with this series. It's hard for me to actually feel sad or emotional after watching/reading stuff, but this is one of the few that actually left me depressed. I won't spoil anything but just be prepared for a feel trip. Not 3 seasons, but after the first season, there are 2 OVA's, then the 2nd season then 2 OVA's to conclude the series. The manga continues a bit further though only continue if you are mentally prepared because will leave you even more depressed. |

Since I spend my long hours at work on MAL talking to no one but me, myself, and I, I decided to join this club as invited by Lady Sakamoto. Apologies for not responding to your invitation sooner. Now then... Hello, Tarotist here. You can call me Taro. I'm just a peaceful (yet sarcastic) guy who likes to watch anime, read manga, play video games, and write large walls of text. I watch all genres of anime, and I do not really favor a specific genre because I like to experience all types of stories. I don't drop anime either, even if it is really bad. I was born in the USA, but I relocated at an early age, and spent 12 years of my life in Japan. This being said, Dragon Ball and G Gundam were my two very first anime (before there were subs and dubs), but my first true anime where I could understand it was Slayers. After moving around some more, I returned to the USA where I am currently residing. I was on a long anime hiatus due to life and school, but now that I'm done with those, I've been trying to catch up on as much anime as I can. If you're looking for more info about me, well, that's what my profile is for. I'm a shy guy, so I'll be lurking most of the time, but I spend most of the hours of my weekdays on MAL, so you'll almost always see me online. If you want to know anything else, just ask.
