 The official website of Bakuon!! has announced that the anime will receive a second OVA. It will be bundled with the manga's ninth volume, to be released on December 20, 2016. The OVA will adapt chapter 40 of the manga. A visual (shown) was released featuring Hijiri Minowa with her Ducati 399 Panigale.The manga was previously adapted into an OVA that was released earlier than the TV series. The first OVA was bundled with the seventh volume of Mimana Orimoto's motorcycle-themed, slice of life manga. It was followed by a 12-episode TV anime adaptation by TMS Entertainment that aired during the Spring 2016 season. Source: Official site |

| Bit of a spoiler from that key visual I guess as we'd only seen Hijiri in a sidecar during the TV anime up to this point. Looks like she gets her own bike finally, which is nice. (No, I haven't read the manga). |

| Of course I would watch this. I gave the main series a rather high score after all. Should probably move the "Bakuon OVA" to On-Hold because people would question why I'd finish something that's labeled "airing". |
