Wow, a bit predictable but I am quite pleased with this ending. Inari got her wish granted while Uka also fulfilled her duties. Managing to get back to the real world wasn't as hard I had expected but it looks like a happy ending works quite well for this series imo.

7/10.

I really hope this series gets another season!

Great ending It was funny seeing Uka and Toka and their child watching over Inari and Koji. Loved the last omake where a little girl (presumably Koji and Inari's daughter meets a teenage kami at the shrine(presumably Uka and Toka's son) All I could think was "Here we go again" Was surprised that the mother had a son to replace the Toka that they do not remember. Hopefylly they can all be together again someday.

This was a superb ending giving everyone a happy ending. It was a very bitter sweet ending however but it's to be expected with this kind of story. Seeing Touka being replaced by his parents unknowingly was quite upsetting :(

Overall very happy with the end, a lot of loose ends being tied up such as Kouji's dad appearing was very well thought out and caught me off guard in the moment. The epilogue with Inari's daughter and Uka's son meeting was pretty sweet.

The only thing that would have made this ending better is if it had shown Keiko and Akemi holding hands or something like that. It clearly indicated that Chika had a guy she was crushing on, so I think it would have been better if it was clear about the yuri subplot, too.

There were some hints, mind you. Keiko and Akemi arrived together for their get-together with their friends. When they are at the restaurant, the boys are sitting at the counter together and in the back, at two separate tables, you have Chika sitting by herself (but probably with Inari on the other side, except she is heading over to sit with her boyfriend, so she is probably kind of in both places) and the other table for two has Akemi and Keiko... (Keiko looks pretty beautiful with long hair, don't you think?)

Other than my yuri goggles desires not being fulfilled, I'd say it is just about the perfect ending, especially the "A Little Future Inari Konkon" short.

10/10 for me. It ranks up with my all time faves, though not enough to push out one of the top five here... Too few favorites on MAL.

Touka and Uka has got to be my favorite pairing in any manga/anime. They are the sole reason I kept reading this manga because for the most part Inari Fushimi and her fucking boyfriend made this so infuriatingly difficult to handle.

8/10 for the greatest OTP that is Uka and Touka.

loved the ending, was quite confused at who the girl that was sitting on top of the shire gates was while uka and touka were holding their son. But yes, I have to admit the sweet part was Touka and Uka!!!

Was that girl Uka and Touka's daughter. That doesn't really make sense, since it's only been a four years max, yet she looks like she's in her teens. They should've only given Uka and Touka one kid. Whatever.
The part where they were telling Inari her brother's name was heartbreaking. A wonderful, bittersweet ending. I'm glad the love between the mortal and the immortal characters in this manga worked out better than it did in the last manga I read.

EDIT: Ha! I just noticed, on the last page, Uka's brother hiding behind a pillar and glaring at Touka. XD

So beautiful!
It was simple, cliche, but still a wonderful story with amazing characters.

The end was good, and I almost cried in some parts. ^^

Toka attempting to ruin his sister's life so that he could be with Uka really put a damper on the manga and the ending. I can tell it would have been a fine ending otherwise (if not a bit cheesy), but I'm not feeling it.

I finished reading this last night, and I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it right now as I sit in front of my laptop. The ending didn't really throw any curve balls or do anything new or crazy, but goddamn was it executed beautifully. I'm going to be very sad if I never get to see it animated.

By the way, did anyone notice that Touka's name is missing from the nameplate in the front of the house at the end? I thought that was a pretty cool little detail.

Also, I'm disappointed that as of this post, there's no physical release of the manga in English.

Nice ending kinda bittersweet but at least everyone's happy. To be honest I find myself more interested in Uka and Touka's relationship. I didnt quite actually understand the extra scene in the end. It says " A little future of Inari konkon" does that mean the author is planning a sequel? is the little girl Inari's daughter? eh I dunno. Well I sure wouldnt mind if the author decides to make a spin-off manga about Uka and Touka.

I wouldn't mind a sequel, but I think it's just a little epilogue. I'm pretty sure that's Inari's daughter, given how similar she looks to younger Inari in the flashbacks.

I'm really happy that I had seen the anime and found out it has a manga. I really like the art and the story is pretty decent. I'm so happy that Touka and Uka ended up together in the end T~T So Touka's existence was erased in their parents' memories? I actually want to see how Touka trained to be a God tho.

^ This.

Inari x Kouji progressed painfully slow and they didn't have very much chemistry as a couple. Uka's relationship with Touka and Inari were the strong points of this manga. Their interactions were genuinely cute and entertaining, I found myself skimming the romance between Inari and Kouji in favor of Uka/Inari's friendship.

That being said, this manga had a very clean ending. I wish half the manga I read could lead to a satisfying conclusion like this. 9/10 ending; 8/10 overall

I too was interested in Uka's interaction with both Touka and Inari, whereas Inari's romance with Kouji was in hindsight. Would have loved more if it expanded a bit more after Uka and Touka's marriage.

Uka x Touka was the only reason I read this. Lol
Im fine even if they didn't end up together and I wasn't expexting them to be together tbh.But hey it would be unfair if Inari the only one get her happy ending. Uka deserve to be happy as well since all the lifetime she wouldn't forget Touka. She have to endure the sexual harrasment of her brother if Touka didn't decide to be a God in order to marry her.
The mom's crying is the most heartbreakibg part. Im glad there's a new baby.

I think Amaterasu expecting Inari's wish to remain her memories. But instead she wished Uka and Touka's happiness.

Koji meeting his father was a joke, sorry I really found it funny.

Yuri ship didn't sail, (because)Keiko isn't a tomboy, Maru is now sexy.

7/10 overall. Uka x Touka didn't disappoint me.

So Touka's existence is erased from his family right? To be honest, i still want him with his family. It's too hurt for me. Touka is really underrated in this manga. By the way he still with Uka. Touka and Uka are my reason to continue this manga. 9/10 overall and 8/10 for the ending.

I'm very happy for uka. Because now she can be with the person she loves the most. But I'm curious about one thing. Now that touka have become a god, is he immortal now? Will uka and touka be together forever? Coz, I think now that the both of them are Gods, they'll never die and be together forever.

For me it's 9/10.

A wholesome, oddly bittersweet (more on the sweet side) ending indeed. I felt the anime ended on a somewhat conclusive note but this one ties up some loose ends better.

Uka and Touka had great chemistry and their ultimate fate maintained the interest in reading further. Can't really empathize with Touka's parent's opinion to his decision towards god-hood since it all seemed to happen really fast, but I guess it was not a major concern in the series.

I'll be honest I skipped the manga parts that involved Inari and her shenanigans, Touka and Uta kept it going for me all the way and I got to say I got the ending I deserved for sitting through it all with the annoying Inari parts but damn seems like the ninga gods are cutting onions again but nonetheless I do have issues with Touka and uta not getting enough time though, I really wanted more or at least some not abrupt closure which alot of manga tend to do. Wish I could see a Sequel focusing on them but until then ill sing praises of how freaking cute uta is

Koji's dad being the 👺 dude all along was such a bittersweet surprise.

Uka being adorable was what made this story imo, both in her and Inari's friendship and or course her incredibly sweet relationship with Toka. Yet another great romance that's making me feel empty for finishing it.

As much as I hate whole plot being erased from human minds including Touka's whole existence. It is still a solid and a more grounded ending.

In my head cannon. Somewhere in the future some shenanigans will lead to gods and humans interacting again, and as result people will get their memories back.

Solid ending and a pretty wholesome manga overall.

I enjoyed it quite a bit but I do wish the Uka x Toka relationship had more time to breathe though. Also kind of wish there was a definitive conclusion with Akemi and Keiko. I mean I feel like the first few volumes were going that route but then towards the end Keiko just becomes irrelevant to the story other than being part of the background.

What a beautiful story this was. Really, I had a blast reading through everything. I even forgot to eat dinner cuz I was just reading this nonstop on my bed😭

Characters were all nicely developed, and the side characters don't feel left out and all feel important to the story. One character I'd say wasn't given enough development though was Keiko, especially the conclusion of her story with Akemi. I thought the whole lesbian Yuri subplot was great. Author handled the whole Yuri relationship well without making it feel like lesbian fetish material like a lot of Yuri media do. But, in the end, we never really got any confirmation of what happened after that between them. Add to that, I feel like Keiko just felt, just a little irrelevant to the story.

Other than that, I think the thing that makes this manga so good is Touka x Uka. PLEASE. I love their whole relationship dynamic so much. The way Touka and Uka's relationship grew as the story progresses, and the whole climax of Touka deciding to be a God just to be with her, SO ROMANTIC. To me, they were what carried most of what happened in the whole manga. They were what made this so much more enjoyable.

Overall, I think Inari Konkon was a beautiful, heartfelt romance story. The artwork was fantastic, showing you the magnificent sceneries of Kyoto in each chapter.

Deserved ending, a bit melancholic though.
Personally, I felt really down for Sumizome, like after everything, she truly deserved her own happy ending. At least, they are all together and it's fine but still.

Welp, all n all, Uka x Touka ship has been sailed eternally in the end, which is a blessing.

Got this manga to read through kindle after completely forgot about the anime, and i had to say. The story was generic and painful to follow and the entire reason why I keep read it because the supposed to be side cast turned out to be most charming couple after all, ofc I'm talking UKA and Touka, both of them single handedly carried the whole series as the romance part because the dynamic between them was bittersweet. Kinda upset when I can't get the whole story between the two because the manga is about Inari and not Touka which is annoying but that's what I'm get here.

Overall the story it self 6.7/10 but the cute love story between Touka and UKA I gave it 8.5/10
