Which series should I watch to start MSG Unicorn?

So guys, i want to start watch this OVA and I know that I can watch this first and I still enjoy it but I heard that to more enjoy it ot's better to watch some prequels but which? Or should I watch all of them?

1. Mobile Suit Gundam (or the movies)
2. Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (NOT the movies)
3. Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ
4. Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack

There are also some OVAs that are recommended by fans, but I didn't watch them and I understood everything just fine :)
