woah same as mushoku tensei positions huh. Tell me what card makers do? And how would recruitment staff 'recruit'?

Card makers make member cards for the club's members. Recruitment staff would ask other clubs to affiliate and invite members to the club.

I'd take the Recruitment role, but I won't be around much longer. I'll just invite members while I can.
