Minahoshi Suiko did absolutely nothing, WTF!

What i saw in the pv, there has suiko fight face to face with boogiepop. The anime didnt even show it yet. Please at least give suiko more character devalopment, she appeared really cool in ep 4 and just end up doing nothing (what i can see) for the last 4 ep and finally beaten in ep 9? If the show just give us some misteries about suiko then good, but if they just end it then this arc is not really entertaining for me. Can anyone tell me if the arc is really end or not? Is suiko will appear again and fight boogiepop? Please LN readers T_T

Suiko became eternal. She appears again in later volumes and even in some side stories that take place in the far future. But she won't appear again in the anime, sadly (except for a flashback in episode 12).

I was going to post about the pv being misleading but you beat me to it... the animation in the pv is a lot better than what we've been shown, and i havent seen anything from the pv 13 episodes in.

Some shots from the PV are in ep1 iirc. very short ones lul

Yeah only the head falling off thing. that's about all I remember seeing.

The teaser was such a jebait lol.
I am a fan of Minahoshi Suiko as well but unfortunately she doesn’t appear a lot even though she’s such an important character imo. She will only play an active role in Heartless Red which is not going to be adapted this time.
She was searching for a way for humans to reach “breakthrough”, and in the end after witnessing Masaki’s strong will she thinks eventually someone will achieve “breakthrough” even though her current efforts (including what she did in Heartless Red, while she was alive) are fruitless.
