| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow, after 139 half hours, for the first time, an episode of HnK genuinely annoys and irritates me. First of all, since when did Shachi go from a scheming little bastard willing to kill off Lynn and Kenshiro to obtain power to a noble, Shuu-esque, compassionate warrior? Bullshit. Secondly, since when did the villains become so stupid? Hyo doesn't see the resemblance between the body in the casket, his half-garbled memories, and the man he's after? Thirdly, how did Lynn get free of her chains when Kaoih's destruction was on lower ground? And even if she did, wouldn't she still have chains attached? Fourthly, and perhaps most annoyingly, there were more deus ex machina bullshit saves in this one episode than any 20 plus episode arc in season 1. Lynn just happens to be right outside the door of a previously unseen, unmentioned, completely implausible darling little sister of Majin Kaoih? Seriously? And she still believes in him? Shachi, far from dying from his horrific wounds, is relatively lithe, and is saved at the last minute by another previously unseen, unmentioned character. Fewer fights, more gaps in logic, and they've totally lost their sense of humor. Bleh... |

| First of all, if you'd been paying attention Shachi was putting on the front of being cold-hearted to protect Leia. Secondly, Hyo knew that ken was important to Shachi but was impressed by his spirit and bravery. The other points I completely agree with you about though. You can tell the story is being made up is its going along compared to the first season of HnK...but that's the reality of what happened: it was popular so it got continued just like Dragonball. Go figure. |

| Wow, Shachi gave up his eye without hesitation. Kinda stealing the importance away from Shuu's sacrifice in Part 3 (though Shachi isn't fully blind now). |

| I don't understand why does Shachi loves suddenly Ken that much. 109 episodes with kid Batt for him to be useless when he is adult, what a waste of character. |
