| Woah :3 Yoroshiku minna-san!^^ for banner makers: i think you can start makin' banners^^ just an advice: please use the size 200x125 (unless the member as a different one) 'cuz the previous banners are made always with this size..so to keepin some order :3 if you find pics with a white background you can switch it with a *season bg*.. ex: if user asked naruto for summer, and the bacground is white and easlily switchable, then put a *summer pic* as background :3 (beach/sea/clouds/sky/garden..etc whatever is suitable with summer :P ) and gokuro-sama! (i hope its wrote right xD) thanks to everybody for ur work :3 ps: i was almost forgot.. i wanna remember to every staff member that as for the staff position you get the bonus claim as admin/staff member. which means that you can claim the double.. (but this not means you can claim the same char for 2 times in the samy claim category!) read claims rules and u will find the exact number of claim u can do in total for every claim type~ oh and, ofc staff doesnt need to have the number of post requested D: *have fun* |

| I'm sorry for bein such a bother, but I was just wondering if I should accept claims of characters that have been already claimed in the golden claim. Because there are some like Haruhi Suzumiya and Shana that appear in the claimed list in both golden and season claims. |

(rules are the same for everyone: you cannot claim a character in the golden claim if you already claimed it in other seasons.. usually we take the first claim as good and the last as rejected, anyway post it in the *rejected claims* with the quote and the motivation, and when you update the list and write on the topic that u updated, specify that this claim was been rejected..) ps: the characters in the golden list can be the same of the other lists BUT must been claimed by different ppl, that's it~ that's why u see same characters but claimed by different ppl.. |

| Well^^ for banners makers then, when you have time i think you could start makin' banners.. here's the list~ -Eva- : Do Something = from post #17 until the current (i made banners until #16, so~) SakuraTsukiyomi : Claim a couple or a pet = well, the Couple+Pet topic is brand new, so you can start from the first claim, but dont forget there's still a banners to make in the old topic (here the link, the post n.113) and let's try to keep the size 200x125 'cuz some ppl already got their banners with that size, and if we keep the same it would be easier and with more order.. ofc, unless the member ask for a different size himself. --------------------------------------------------- oh, i forgot to say, for list updaters: guys don't be afraid to post in the Rejected/not registered topic, if you find some wrong claims just post there^^ ..So Good Work to everyone!^-^ |

| hm, i think if u have a good memory (so remember if something is already claimed or not - or if u have also a bit of time to check on some char that u have doubt about it) u could updating the count list even without waiting the claimed list update. otherwise i guess it's better for u waiting the list update.. but ofc, if a list wont be updated for a long time (even only 1 week, u can start updating the count list), then u can update the count list anyway. if there will be this problem we'll think about it on that moment~ i hope i've been clear xD anyway ask me if u have some questions >.<! |

'cuz this is a special time-limit claim, we made a different claimed list, don't forget that ppl who already spent the halloween with a char they cant claim the same char for the Trick or Treat claim. So i also made a list of ppl spent halloween with character, so i'd ask u to update that too.. (ofc just for the time-duration of the new claim) Also, the claimed list are splitted in 2 parts: one for the registered claims (ppl that delivered their banners) and one for the on waiting claims (ppl that need to make their banners). ---- for HouKi_bOshI: i let u doing the list for the soon-next claim ;3 thank you all guys^^ |

| Note for List Updaters that aren't updating their list since more than 2 weeks: i hope you guys come back soon~ next time you are busy, try to tell us >.< we won't bite/eat you :P! we covered the Do Something list (Motina's work) thanks to Senoj8 that is temporarily in charge for that topic too.. but when Motina will come back, ofc that will be your job, don't worry, no one will took it away from you^^ same thing for Houki_Boshi: for this time i'm gonna updating your list~ anyway, don't worry when you will come back ur list will wait for you :P but please come back soon, or at least tell us/warn us if you aren't able to handle the list anymore cuz you are missing the time or such i hope to receive your news guys, in the next 2-3 weeks, otherwise we'll talk again about this thing.. we planned new claims for december but we need active List Updaters >.< so i give you some other time to read this message and contact me or Orulyon^^ By the way, Thank you everyone for all ur work until now ^___^ we really appreciate it :3 |

Farethy and KokoroChan joined the staff as banner makers, so for anyone that still didnt know, let's say welcome to them^^ Now, Farechan and Kokochan, i'll specify you the job you have! Give/Receive a wish of claim, and i splitted the work in: [ps: i made this post to keep order in ur work to do, here it is Look Here] all options A (which means every ppl that claim a chara for a MAL friend): Farethy's job all options B (which means every ppl that claim a chara for themselves): KokoroChan's job for this unique claim, use this bigger size 220x150 pixel (let's make banners look like a 'postcard' of wishing~) with borders already counted in them ofc. If there's any problem, or question, just tell me.. While you'll post new banners in the Xmas List Topic, i'll stroke the claim of the person, so you wont get confused in future! Don't forget that banners have to be made withing january 10^^ and Farechan will post banners for receiver ppl to their profile comments! Thank you all for your hard work^^ |
