MAL API request limits and rate limiting?

I couldn't find any concrete info on whats the limit to requests in the API are, so here is what I want to know:

1)How many requests can be made in 1 sec or 1 minute?

2)Let's say request per second is 1 and per minute is 15, so how does it apply? Doest it apply to my whole app? lets say I have 100 people using the app at a time but only 15 people can access the API per minute? or is it user based limit and each user can make 1req per sec and 15 per minute?

3)Does the api have a limit like your app can only have 5000 request for the day.
so i cant make any more than 5k request, and how doest it apply ? to all the users or one user only making 5000 request a day.

4)Also all things considered if the userbase on the app is high is there or will there be a paid service for the api where we can get more requests for premium.

Sorry if this sounds too noob, I'm new to this stuff.

I'm also curious about this. I'm writing an app where I'll want to request info about maybe 100 anime IDs. I don't mind throttling it, after the first request it'll probably only need one request every few weeks, but I'm not sure how slow that first batch should be.

Yea I think they should mention this in the documentation, It's an important information for applications that will use the API what if someone who doesn't know anything about it just keeps requesting and ends up getting blocked by MAL. They should clearly mention these kind of details in the API documentation.
