| This episode made me want to try soy sauce or salsa on eggs. I'm the same as Joe; I never even knew people put condiments on eggs. emeraldrosary said: One thing I found kinda strange was that Sora just used Birdramon to fly up the mountain in 5 seconds whereas it took Joe the entire night. Seriously, why didn't Joe think of letting Sora handle it with Birdramon? RIGHT? So much for being the voice of logic... tsk tsk. |

| "Gomamon shinka! To Narutomon!" That was the quickest one-on-one battle so far lol Now it's Gomamon's turn to shine! Gomamon's my fav Digimon ^^ I can relate to Jyou; I'm occasionally told I'm too serious but since a few years ago, I've started to take it easy. Soy sauce and ketchup are fine on eggs but natto, mayo and sugar?? You'll get severe diarrhea from that lols |

 "Japanese culture is collapsing before my very eyes!" Dude, you realize you're dressed like a westerner, right? Every anime character ever: "I must undertake this burden by myself, without asking anyone else for help." Anime character's friends: "No, you idiot! You can always count on us to share your burden!" Anime character: "Thanks guys!" (Somehow, the friends don't realize this lesson themselves, and they fall into the same situation) I really like Jou, though. He's the most relatable of the bunch. He takes his responsibility very seriously, yet is afraid when confronted with something dangerous or unknown, like any sane person would. He is hesitant to lead the group into danger because he doesn't want anyone to be hurt, but then musters up the courage to head out and sacrifice himself for their sake. He shows his fear along the way. If Pyocomon could evolve without Sora being in danger, then couldn't they have just flown to the to peak of the mountain? I really live Brave Heart, but don't play it two times in a row! You'll dampen the impact of it when it shows up! Well, at least the Digital World being a small island means that they can investigate the entire island within a short timeframe, possibly only a couple of weeks. That said, they will be starving soon, unless they get more free handouts like from refrigerators stuffed with food in the middle of nowhere. |
| Man, that CGI has not aged well, at all. Blegh. I think Gomamon may have the most personality among the digimon; he feels like a character that contrasts his human (unlike all the others that are more like their human). Watching their banter and Gomamon trying to deal with Jyou was the best bit. As for Jyou... I don't understand; But, yeah, with Birdramon just flying up there, they could have given a better explanation of that. At least something like "I was worried and somehow Piyomon could evolve!" I know why Jyou did it instead (to be responsible/like an adult that he feels he needs to be); but the evolution bit needed something. Mod Edit: Added spoiler tags; please hide plot details. |

| Dem gears. Snow. Onsen? lol at a fridge being there. Eggs. Natto? Japanese culture is collapsing before Jo's eyes. lol at Taichi and Yamato. Jo and Gomamon go up the mountain. lol at Jo saying those are Gomamon's hands. Gears coming out teh mountain. Unimon. Adult. Unimon got hit with the gear. Birdramon. Greymon. Jo jumps onto Unimon. Jo!!!!! Dat theme. Gomamon shinkaaaaaaa! Ikkakumon! Harpoon Vulcan! The gear broke. To the peak. There's nothing but water. Dat ending. I like that in the overview of the mountain you can see each location from the previous episode. |
